Tanzania Peaberry
The fruit of the coffee is called a cherry. The pit of the cherry is the bean.
In normal beans there are two halves which separate into two pieces. However, due to nature some fruit matures with
only a single bean which does not separate. These are called peaberries. It is said this bean is more flavorful
than the half bean. This coffee is $9.50 per pound for whole bean, espresso grind, or ground.
